The Executive Director<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">1. The executive director directs the day-to-day operations of the foundation in accordance with the charter and these bylaws. He or she is responsible to the executive board and bound by its instructions.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">2. The executive director participates in meetings of the executive board in an advisory capacity.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">3.
