1. Diese Datenschutzhinweise gelten für die Datenverarbeitung der Webseite der:

2. Erhebung und Speicherung personenbezogener Daten sowie Art und Zweck von deren Verwendung

Beim Aufrufen unserer Website www.cc-stiftung.de werden durch den auf Ihrem Endgerät zum Einsatz kommenden Browser automatisch Informationen an den Server unserer Website gesendet. Diese Informationen werden temporär in einem sog. Logfile gespeichert. Folgende Informationen werden dabei ohne Ihr Zutun erfasst und bis zur automatisierten Löschung gespeichert:

  • IP-Adresse des anfragenden Rechners,
  • Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs,
  • Name und URL der abgerufenen Datei,
  • Website, von der aus der Zugriff erfolgt (Referrer-URL),
  • verwendeter Browser und ggf. das Betriebssystem Ihres Rechners sowie der Name Ihres Access-Providers.

Die genannten Daten werden durch uns zu folgenden Zwecken verarbeitet:

  • Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Verbindungsaufbaus der Website,
  • Gewährleistung einer komfortablen Nutzung unserer Website,
  • Auswertung der Systemsicherheit und -stabilität sowie
  • Der Anpassung von Inhalten der Website bzw. deren Neugestaltung.

Die Rechtsgrundlage für die Datenverarbeitung ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Unser berechtigtes Interesse folgt aus oben aufgelisteten Zwecken zur Datenerhebung. In keinem Fall verwenden wir die erhobenen Daten zu dem Zweck, Rückschlüsse auf Ihre Person zu ziehen.

3. Weitergabe von Daten

Eine Übermittlung Ihrer persönlichen Daten an Dritte zu anderen als den im Folgenden aufgeführten Zwecken findet nicht statt. Wir geben Ihre persönlichen Daten nur an Dritte weiter, wenn Sie Ihre nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO ausdrückliche Einwilligung dazu erteilt haben.

4. Betroffenenrechte

Sie haben das Recht:

  • gemäß Art. 15 DSGVO Auskunft über Ihre von uns verarbeiteten personenbezogenen Daten zu verlangen. Insbesondere können Sie Auskunft über die Verarbeitungszwecke, die Kategorie der personenbezogenen Daten, die Kategorien von Empfängern, gegenüber denen Ihre Daten offengelegt wurden oder werden, die geplante Speicherdauer, das Bestehen eines Rechts auf Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung oder Widerspruch, das Bestehen eines Beschwerderechts, die Herkunft ihrer Daten, sofern diese nicht bei uns erhoben wurden, sowie über das Bestehen einer automatisierten Entscheidungsfindung einschließlich Profiling und ggf. aussagekräftigen Informationen zu deren Einzelheiten verlangen;
  • gemäß Art. 16 DSGVO unverzüglich die Berichtigung unrichtiger oder Vervollständigung Ihrer bei uns gespeicherten personenbezogenen Daten zu verlangen;
  • gemäß Art. 17 DSGVO die Löschung Ihrer bei uns gespeicherten personenbezogenen Daten zu verlangen, soweit nicht die Verarbeitung zur Ausübung des Rechts auf freie Meinungsäu- ßerung und Information, zur Erfüllung einer rechtlichen Verpflichtung, aus Gründen des öffentlichen Interesses oder zur Geltendmachung, Ausübung oder Verteidigung von Rechtsansprüchen erforderlich ist;
  • gemäß Art. 18 DSGVO die Einschränkung der Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten zu verlangen, soweit die Richtigkeit der Daten von Ihnen bestritten wird, die Verarbeitung unrechtmäßig ist, Sie aber deren Löschung ablehnen und wir die Daten nicht mehr benötigen, Sie jedoch diese zur Geltendmachung, Ausübung oder Verteidigung von Rechtsansprüchen benötigen oder Sie gemäß Art. 21 DSGVO Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung eingelegt haben;
  • gemäß Art. 20 DSGVO Ihre personenbezogenen Daten, die Sie uns bereitgestellt haben, in einem strukturierten, gängigen und maschinenlesebaren Format zu erhalten oder die Übermittlung an einen anderen Verantwortlichen zu verlangen;
  • gemäß Art. 7 Abs. 3 DSGVO Ihre einmal erteilte Einwilligung jederzeit gegenüber uns zu widerrufen. Dies hat zur Folge, dass wir die Datenverarbeitung, die auf dieser Einwilligung beruhte, für die Zukunft nicht mehr fortführen dürfen und
  • gemäß Art. 77 DSGVO sich bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren. In der Regel können Sie sich hierfür an die Aufsichtsbehörde Ihres üblichen Aufenthaltsortes oder Arbeitsplatzes oder unserer Geschäftsstelle wenden.

5. Widerspruchsrecht

Sofern Ihre personenbezogenen Daten auf Grundlage von berechtigten Interessen gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO verarbeitet werden, haben Sie das Recht, gemäß Art. 21 DSGVO Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten einzulegen, soweit dafür Gründe vorliegen, die sich aus Ihrer besonderen Situation ergeben. 6. Datensicherheit

Wir bedienen uns geeigneter technischer und organisatorischer Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, um Ihre Daten gegen zufällige oder vorsätzliche Manipulationen, teilweisen oder vollständigen Verlust, Zerstörung oder gegen den unbefugten Zugriff Dritter zu schützen. Unsere Sicherheitsmaßnahmen werden entsprechend der technologischen Entwicklung fortlaufend verbessert.

7. Aktualität und Änderung dieser Datenschutzerklärung

Diese Datenschutzerklärung ist aktuell gültig und hat den Stand Mai 2018.

Durch die Weiterentwicklung unserer Website oder aufgrund geänderter gesetzlicher beziehungsweise behördlicher Vorgaben kann es notwendig werden, diese Datenschutzerklärung zu ändern.

 2. The collection and storage of personal data as well as the means and reasons for which they are processed

When you visit our website www.cc-stiftung.de, the browser that you use automatically transmits information to our website’s server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called logfile. The following information is collected in this process  without your active involvement and is saved until it is automatically deleted:

  • The IP address of the computer you are using to visit the site
  • The date and time of the visit
  • The name and URL of the files you access
  • The website that refers you to our page (the so-called referring page or referring URL),
  • The browser you are using and in some cases your computer’s operating system, as well as the name of your access provider.

The data specified above are processed by us for the following purposes:

  • To ensure the smooth establishment of a connection between our website and the computers accessing it
  • To ensure that the use of our website is convenient and practical
  • To assess the security and stability of our website
  • And to adjust the website content, including, if necessary, its redesign.

The legal basis for the processing of this data is provided by Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest is derived from the above-listed purposes for collecting the data. Under no circumstances will we use the data collected to deduce any information about your person.

 

 3. Transmission of data.

We do not transmit your personal data to third parties in any other form other than those specified here: we will only transmit your data to third parties if you give us your express permission to do so under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, or if we are required to do so by law.

You have the right:

  • In accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR to require that we provide you with information about the personal data about you that we process. In particular, you may request information about the purposes for which the data is processed, the categories of personal data involved, the categories of recipients to whom your data have or will be transmitted, how long the data will be saved, your right to correct or delete the data, restrict or protest their processing, your rights to complain, the origin of your data (if they were not collected by us), as well as the existence of automated decisions made about you based on this data, including profiling, and any meaningful information about the details of such decisions;
  • To demand the prompt correction of incorrect or the completion of incomplete personal data on you that we have saved, in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR
  • To demand the deletion of personal data on you that we have saved in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR, as long as the processing of this data is not required to exercise the right to free speech and information, to fulfill legal obligations, for reasons of the public interest or to enforce, exercise or defend legal rights.
  • To demand that the processing of your personal data be limited in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR, to the extent that you dispute the accuracy of the data and their processing is unlawful, but you refuse their deletion and we no longer need the data, but you need them to enforce, exercise, or defend legal rights or you have objected to their processing in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR.
  • In accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR, to have the personal data that you have provided to us presented to you in a structured, commonplace, and machine-readable format, or to have them provided to another responsible party;

5. Right to object

To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based upon justified interests according to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, you have the right, according to Article 21 of the GDPR, to object to the processing of your personal data, if grounds for such an objection related to your personal situation exist. 6. Data security

We use suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are regularly improved to account for technological advances.

 7. Timeliness and changes to this declaration.

This data privacy declaration is currently valid and is up to date as of May 2018.

Due to the continuous improvement of our website or due to changes in legal or government requirements it may be occasionally necessary to update this declaration.
